1. Introduction

Infinity Vitals is a wellness, fitness and nutrition app. It helps users log meals, estimate nutrition, review activity, follow workouts and understand personal trends.

By using Infinity Vitals, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app. These terms work together with the Infinity Vitals Privacy Policy.

2. No Medical Advice

Infinity Vitals is not a medical device and is not designed to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or medical condition.

The app provides wellness, fitness and nutrition information for general guidance only. It is not a substitute for advice from a doctor, registered dietitian, nutritionist or other qualified professional.

Do not use Infinity Vitals for emergency decisions. If you think you may have a medical emergency, contact emergency services or a qualified medical professional immediately.

3. AI and Food Analysis

Infinity Vitals may use local rules and, when available, on-device analysis to estimate foods, calories and nutrients, and to generate wellness, training or smart vitality summaries.

Food analysis and AI-generated results may be incomplete, approximate or wrong. You should review and edit food entries, quantities and nutrition values before saving or relying on them. Infinity Vitals does not guarantee nutritional accuracy.

Optional backend processing is used mainly for user-requested food analysis features, such as meal photos, food descriptions, barcode images or nutrition labels. When backend food analysis is used, selected content may be sent to the Infinity Vitals analysis service only as needed for the requested feature and as described in the Privacy Policy.

4. HealthKit and User Control

HealthKit access is optional. Infinity Vitals reads or writes Apple Health data only when you grant permission and use features that require that access.

HealthKit data is used only to provide app features requested by the user and is not used for advertising.

You control HealthKit permissions through iOS and Apple Health settings. You can revoke access at any time. Some app features may be limited or unavailable if required permissions are disabled.

5. iCloud and Cloud Sync

iCloud/CloudKit sync is optional. If you enable it, Infinity Vitals may sync app-owned records such as meal logs, custom foods, nutrition settings, favorites, wellbeing check-ins and workout muscle annotations using your private iCloud database, as described in the Privacy Policy.

You can disable sync. You can also delete synced Infinity Vitals data from iCloud where the app provides that option. Turning sync off may stop new uploads but may not automatically remove data already synced to iCloud.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse Infinity Vitals or its services. For example, you must not:

• use the app or backend services for illegal, harmful or abusive activity;
• attempt to disrupt, overload or bypass security protections;
• reverse engineer backend APIs or abuse rate limits;
• send spam, malicious content or intentionally misleading requests;
• use the app in a way that infringes other people's rights.

7. Future Subscriptions and Paid Features

Infinity Vitals may offer paid features, premium plans or subscriptions in the future.

If subscriptions or in-app purchases are offered, purchases, renewals, cancellations and refunds will be handled by Apple through the App Store, subject to Apple's terms and policies.

8. Availability, Accuracy and Liability

Infinity Vitals is provided "as is" and "as available".

We try to keep the app useful, reliable and accurate, but we do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free or perfectly accurate. Health, nutrition, activity and AI-derived outputs can be affected by device sensors, user input, permissions, data quality, third-party services and estimation limits.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Infinity Vitals and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of the app or reliance on app outputs.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms as the app changes. If changes are significant, we will make reasonable efforts to make the updated terms available in the app or on the Infinity Vitals website.
